MadeSure AI frequently asked questions
What do I need to start a check?
The supplier's 18-character Unified Social Credit Code (USCC), copied from its mainland-Chinese business licence. MadeSure verifies the same code against the company registry before the wider investigation begins.
Where can I get the supplier’s USCC?
Ask the supplier for its Chinese business licence and copy the 18-character code shown in the Unified Social Credit Code field. You may also see it on contracts or invoices, but use the business licence as the primary reference and compare the code with the legal name before you pay.

No. MadeSure AI helps you screen suppliers before you spend more time or money on samples, deposits, legal reviews, or factory audits. Physical equipment, production capacity, quality systems, and on-site conditions still require direct verification.
