Terms and Conditions

Welcome to MadeSure ("the Platform", "we", "us"). Please read these Terms carefully before using any MadeSure service. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Overview

MadeSure is an online platform that helps users search and review information about suppliers for risk identification and decision support. The Platform provides access to business-registration information, company status, trade activity, public risk records, and related analytical tools. MadeSure is an advisory tool and does not issue credit ratings, legal determinations, or financial guarantees.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to use MadeSure. If you use the service on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3. Data Sources and Accuracy

Information on MadeSure is primarily obtained from:

  • Official public company and government registries;
  • Government-authorized or licensed data providers;
  • Commercial databases, APIs, and relevant open-web sources.

We aim to provide accurate and timely information, but we do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or real-time updates in every case. Data availability, structure, and timing may vary by source. You should independently verify information before making business, legal, financial, or compliance decisions.

4. License and Usage Restrictions

You may use information from MadeSure for lawful personal or commercial purposes. However, you must not:

  • Copy, resell, or distribute data in bulk without written consent;
  • Use the Platform to create or support a competing service;
  • Interfere with, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the system.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Account and Payment

Full reports and paid plans require an account and payment. MadeSure offers single reports and monthly or annual report plans. Paddle acts as the merchant of record and processes checkout, payment, tax, subscription, and approved refund transactions. You may cancel a recurring plan at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless a refund is approved.

6. Cancellations, Report Issues, and Refunds

An unused single report is eligible for a full refund. If a report fails to generate, identifies the wrong company, or contains a confirmed material error, MadeSure will provide a replacement report or approve an appropriate refund. To request review, submit the Report an issue form from the relevant report in your account and provide enough detail for us to investigate.

For an early refund of a monthly or annual plan, each successfully generated report is valued at the then-current single-report list price, currently $3.99. The maximum refund is calculated as: amount paid minus the number of successfully generated reports multiplied by $3.99. Failed reports for which usage was restored are not counted. The refund will never be less than $0, and any unused reports included in the refunded plan expire when the refund is approved.

Submitting an issue does not automatically approve a refund. Paddle may approve a full or partial refund, request further information, or decline a request based on product usage, the evidence provided, its buyer terms and refund policy, and applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.

7. Termination

You may stop using MadeSure at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access or delete your account if:

  • You breach these Terms or our usage rules;
  • We must do so to comply with law;
  • Your use could cause risk or harm to MadeSure, our users, or others.

8. Intellectual Property

MadeSure’s website content, structure, software, design, data presentation, trademarks, and report formats are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, translate, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Third-Party Services

MadeSure may integrate with or link to third-party services, including data sources, Google sign-in, translation tools, payment processors, and hosting providers. Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party content or actions outside our control.

12. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in the MadeSure Privacy Policy.

13. Modification of Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. The latest version will be posted on this website and becomes effective when published. Continued use of MadeSure after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
